Who runs the work
AI+uno is led by Fabrizio Minelli, an entrepreneur with experience in business development and management consulting, working with a small group of professionals in process analysis and technical delivery.
Whoever runs the analysis is whoever builds the system: there is no handover between the people who scope the work and the people who carry it out.
We work on one process at a time, with the aim of progressively extending automation to the company’s repetitive activities.

Do we need technical expertise in-house?
No. It is enough for you to describe how you work today.
Do we have to change our management system?
In most cases no. We work around the systems you already have.
Can the system get it wrong?
Yes. That is why we define thresholds, checks and the cases that pass through a person before they are completed.
Is our data processed by outside services?
Only where agreed and stated in advance. For a range of work there are options that keep the data on your own systems.
