AI for schools

Artificial intelligence for schools, teachers and training organisations

We help schools and training organisations use AI in a way that is understandable, verifiable and consistent with educational responsibility, privacy and internal governance.

AI for schools

In education, artificial intelligence is not a single tool. It affects teaching, assessment, administration, staff skills and the rules applied to students and teachers. A useful introduction separates these areas and clarifies where AI assists a person without replacing their judgement.

AI+uno starts with the institution’s objectives and the staff’s current level of familiarity. We can build a training programme, an operational policy or a limited application, documenting the data used, limitations, controls and responsibilities.

Needs we address

Shared rules

Leaders and teachers need clear criteria for permitted uses, source checking and data protection.

Practical skills

Staff need to prompt effectively, verify responses and recognise errors and fabricated information.

Administrative workload

Communications, forms, minutes and recurring documents consume time that can be reduced.

Tool selection

Licences, accounts, settings and terms should be assessed before a platform is adopted.

Possible engagements

01

Training for teachers and staff

Sessions based on the school’s cases, with exercises in verification, data protection and activity design.

02

Institutional AI guidance

An operational document covering roles, permitted uses, excluded data, review criteria and updates.

03

Procedure search

An internal assistant that answers only from approved policies and documents and always shows its sources.

04

Administrative support

Request classification, form extraction and draft preparation, with confirmation by staff.

A school-appropriate path

A school-appropriate path

  1. 01

    Listen and map risk

We gather objectives, existing tools, data categories and decision responsibilities.

  2. 02

    Rules and limited trial

We define conditions of use and test one bounded case with identified staff.

  3. 03

    Training and review

We transfer the method and documentation and measure the outcome before expanding use.

Non-negotiable principles

  • no automated educational decision without human responsibility
  • personal-data minimisation and particular care with minors
  • visible sources and mandatory review of generated content
  • access, roles and retention periods defined in writing

Questions about AI in schools

Is this only for technical staff?

No. It is designed for leaders, teachers and administrative staff and starts from the work they already perform.

Can you help write an AI policy?

Yes. We base it on the school’s actual processes and tools and include responsibilities and a review method.

Do we need to use student data?

No. Training and early trials can use synthetic or anonymised cases. Any use of real data needs a separate assessment.

Can AI grade students automatically?

We do not propose fully automated educational decisions. AI may assist preparatory work, but criteria, verification and decisions remain with responsible people.

First step

We start from your case, not a catalogue.

In thirty minutes we frame the need, the available data and the constraints. The initial analysis and written proposal are not charged.
