AI for business

Artificial intelligence for business: useful, controlled applications

We apply artificial intelligence to the processes that consume time every day, while keeping responsibility, controls and data under the company’s direction.

Project lead: Fabrizio MinelliMilan, working across Italy

AI for business

A business AI project is useful when it begins with observable work: requests to classify, documents to read, information to find or checks to repeat. Starting from a tool before defining the process tends to produce demonstrations that are difficult to use in everyday operations.

AI+uno studies the process with the people who perform it, identifies where AI can reduce manual work and builds a first working component. Wherever practical, it connects to the email, management software, CRM, shared files and other tools the organisation already uses.

Where AI can help a business

Repeated requests

Emails, tickets or messages must be read, classified and routed every day.

Documents to interpret

Orders, invoices, forms, contracts or price lists contain data that must reach other systems.

Scattered knowledge

Procedures and answers exist, but are spread across folders, messages and individual people.

Recurring checks

Deadlines, anomalies or outside changes must be verified regularly.

Practical applications

01

Internal request assistant

Searches approved procedures, cites its source and prepares an answer for a person to verify.

02

Document processing

Extracts the required fields, applies agreed rules and flags incomplete or uncertain cases.

03

Response preparation

Collects data from authorised systems and prepares a draft while sending remains under human control.

04

Meetings and actions

Transcribes, separates decisions from actions and assigns deadlines in the chosen work tool.

How we introduce AI

How we introduce AI

  1. 01

    Process and outcome

We define the current work, who is responsible and which measurable result should improve.

  2. 02

    Test on real work

We deliver a limited but working component and test it on representative cases.

  3. 03

    Controlled expansion

We add integrations and autonomy only after checking quality, exceptions and responsibilities.

Controls built in

  • access only to necessary data and client-owned accounts
  • confidence thresholds and escalation for uncertain cases
  • traceable sources and significant operations
  • human approval for sensitive decisions or communications

Questions about AI for business

Which process should we start with?

Choose a frequent, measurable and reasonably stable process that currently involves manual reading, copying, searching or checking.

Do we need to replace our CRM or management system?

Usually not. We assess the available integrations first and build around the tools already in use.

Must business data go to an outside service?

Not necessarily. Models, data location, retention and providers are chosen for the case and declared before work starts.

How soon can we see a result?

The first delivery takes place one week after work begins. The initial scope is deliberately small so that usefulness and limits can be verified early.

First step

We start from your case, not a catalogue.

In thirty minutes we frame the need, the available data and the constraints. The initial analysis and written proposal are not charged.
